I'll be posting clips here soon of how to stitch these onto your garms, to mend or cover any holes or stains. A running, whip or blanket stitch does the trick!

πͺ‘β¨οΈ~ DARNED! ZINE & CIRCULAR PATCH COMBO ~β¨οΈπͺ‘
•
These ziiiines go live on my website at 10am tomorrow for preorder. This package comes with a smaller circular patch (7x7cm), and also with instructions on how to stitch it onto your knitwear. Each patch features a different floral design and will be a surprise to you! πΉ
π» May I offer you a floral patch to mend your garms? π»

This will be the second option for preordering the zine, which will come with one of these (surprise!) flowery patch. The most common area of wear after the elbows is on the front of your jumper where your bag or seat belt usually sits. So this lil yoke is perfect for patching them up.
•
Preordering this zine and single patch combo will be available from my website at 10am on Monday the 21st of April βοΈ
πͺ‘β¨οΈ~ DARNED! ZINE & ELBOW PATCH COMBO~β¨οΈπͺ‘
•
Preorder for a limited number of zines will go live on my website on Monday April 21st at 10am. There will be two options, the first is the physical copy of the zine that comes with two matching elbow patches. The second is the physical copy of the zine with a smaller circular patch.
•
Each patch is knitted and hand darned with a different floral decorative darn, so yours will be a surprise to you! They're made with 100% wool so they're designed to be sewn onto garments that are handwash only. The zine also includes instructions on how to sew them onto your garms, I'll also put out a video on Mend In Public Day on how to do this. This batch of patches will be sent out at the end of April.
•
Hopefully you can learn a bit about why this skill is so important and save some of your own knits too! Will share some more of the patches over the next few days π₯°
